Medicare Reform and You
 
Beginning in 2005, newly passed Medicare reform legislation has several very positive changes with improved preventive benefits that will include:

• Diabetes screening tests for those at risk of getting diabetes
• A one-time initial wellness physical exam within 6 months of the day you first enroll in Medicare
• Screening blood tests for early detection of cardiovascular (heart) diseases

These are in addition to the many preventive services Medicare currently covers such as cancer screenings, bone mass measurements and vaccinations.

If you have been diagnosed with diabetes, Life Quality Home will help you receive the Medicare benefits you are entitled.  We complete all forms, bill Medicare directly, and work with any qualifying supplemental insurance.  All of this while delivering diabetes testing supplies directly to your home with no charge for shipping.

How does the program work?
When you sign up for our service, verify your prescription with your doctor.  Upon verification, we will deliver your diabetes testing supplies your  directly to your home.  We then file the appropriate claim and bill Medicare on your behalf. There is no up-front, out-of-pocket expense. The only thing you are responsible for is your insurance deductible and/or co-payment if it applies. We even have a helpful reminder service to notify you when it's time to re-order.  That way, you never have to worry about supplies ever again.
